Job Summary:
The Head of MSSP Practice is responsible for the strategic direction, management, and growth of
the Managed Security Services division. This role involves overseeing service delivery, managing key client relationships, developing security solutions, and leading a team of cybersecurity professionals. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in cybersecurity, a deep understanding of managed security services, and expertise in the threat landscape and emerging technologies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within an MSSP or managed services environment.
- Deep knowledge of managed security services, SOC operations, threat intelligence, and incident response.
- Strong expertise in cybersecurity technologies such as SIEM, EDR/XDR, network security, and cloud security.
- Experience in managing client relationships and delivering services in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, etc.) are highly preferred.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing large cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
