Required Skills & Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
– Proven experience as a Database Administrator with expertise in SQL Server, MongoDB.
– Strong understanding of database architecture, storage structures, indexing, and replication.
– Hands-on experience with performance tuning and query optimization.
– Proficiency in database security, backup, and recovery processes.
– Familiarity with database programming languages (e.g., SQL, PL/SQL, T-SQL).
– Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
