Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Software Developer, you’ll participate in many aspects of the software development lifecycle, such as design, code implementation, testing, and support. You will create software that enables your clients’ hybrid cloud and AI journeys.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Working on the end-to-end feature development and solving challenges faced in the implementation.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, internal and external, to understand the problems, issues with the product and features and solve the issues as per SLAs defined.
- Being eager to learn new technologies and implementing the same in feature development.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Desired Skills:
- Candidate able troubleshoot errors, analyze the code written in .Net frame work.
- Hands on Window platform concepts like ( IIS, Active directory, PowerShell, windows scheduler etc.)
- Should have Good knowledge on MSSQL database ( understanding complex SQL queries, stored procedure, debugging DB errors, concepts of Availability group etc.)
- Keen knowledge of ITIL processes
- Knowledge on SSL certificates
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Skilled on DBMS (MS SQL, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS)
- Deployment, Security and Cloud experience or awareness
- Knowledge of Service Now
