Job Summary:
The AVP – Training / Academia will lead and manage the training vertical, focusing on executing cybersecurity courses across partner universities. This role includes overseeing syllabus design, conducting “Train the Trainer” programs, managing team recruitment, and supporting university affairs. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in the cybersecurity domain and a background in either academia or industry, specifically in managing similar training initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with proven expertise in technical and leadership roles.
- Experience in academia or industry, particularly in managing training programs or educational initiatives.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains including but not limited to network security, ethical hacking, incident response, and compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in curriculum design and knowledge of educational technologies
