Responsibilities: 

  • Project Planning & Execution: Support and potentially lead project planning activities, including scope definition, resource allocation, and creating project schedules using Agile or LeSS methodologies depending on project needs.
  • Agile Champion: Demonstrate a strong understanding of Agile frameworks and implement them effectively within projects.
  • Scrum Master: Take ownership of the Scrum Master role within assigned Agile projects, facilitating ceremonies, managing the backlog, and ensuring team focus.
  • LeSS Framework Expertise: Apply knowledge of the Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) framework to coordinate and manage complex projects with multiple teams.
  • Product Discovery: Participate in product discovery activities such as user research, competitor analysis, and market trend identification. Translate insights into actionable product requirements.
  • Traditional Project Management: Possess a working understanding of Waterfall methodology for potential use in specific situations.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks for all methodologies, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor progress to ensure project success.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, project teams, and clients, keeping everyone informed of progress and potential roadblocks, regardless of methodology used.
  • Foster a culture of open communication and strong working relationships between cross functional teams.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare project reports, track progress against baselines (Agile sprints, LeSS iterations, or Waterfall milestones), and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Project Management Expertise: Possess a solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in project management or a related field. Proven experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban preferred) and knowledge of LeSS framework.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Jira and Confluence for task management, issue tracking, and project documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently. A proactive and results-oriented approach.
