Roles & Responsibilities –
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, managers, and technical teams, to elicit and document business requirements. Analyze and prioritize these requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support informed decision-making. Utilize various tools and methodologies to extract, transform, and analyze data.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the organization. Develop and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Solution Design: Work closely with IT teams and other relevant stakeholders to design and develop effective and sustainable solutions that address business needs.
- Impact Assessment: Assess the potential impact of proposed changes to business processes, systems, or strategies. Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to guide decision-making.
- Project Management: Support project teams by providing expertise throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including functional specifications, use cases, process flows, and user stories to ensure clear communication between business and technical teams.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to facilitate effective communication.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in the testing and validation of software solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and deliver the intended outcomes.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the business domain. Apply new knowledge to enhance the effectiveness of business analysis activities.
