Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Prioritize requirements from various stakeholders
- Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders
- Assess change proposals and define solutions to help the organisation achieve its goals
- Discover, organise, and clarify business needs and review/produce specifications for change
- Work with the Technical Analyst and development team to ensure that they understand the specifications.
- Work with the training team to document system scenarios and identify roles impacted to help develop a change management/training plan.
- Conduct business process modelling and generate applicable scenarios for the technical functionality testing team.
- Interviewing personnel and conducting onsite observations to determine the methods, equipment, and personnel that will be needed
- Finding root causes for problems and proposing solutions that many include new systems, procedures, or personnel changes
- Help design, document and maintain system processes
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Previous experience in Business Analysis
- Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
- Solid experience in writing SQL queries
- Technical and business document generation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
- Experience in E-Commerce Domain will be an added advantage
