Job Description

The Company provides innovative business solutions that help large and medium enterprises accelerate their digital transformation journeys. The team consists of over 500 IT professionals and 100+ technology partners. Through its success with more than 1000+ large and complex IT infrastructure projects across pharmaceutical, manufacturing, automotive, hospitality, public sector, and BFSI sectors, the company has honed its processes and methodologies, depth of skills, and execution capabilities.

New Business Development

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets (revenue and GP) for assigned region QoQ /YoY.
  • Reach out to the targeted customer base as per the company’s business development strategy.
  • Build contacts with potential clients and create business opportunities.
  • Create prospective client databases and constantly keep in touch with them.
  • Actively work with the inside sales team to create more leads, and funnels and ensure these funnels are getting converted into orders.
  • Make cold calls for new business leads.
  • Proactively working on new business development opportunities, exploring partnering opportunities to create new opportunities to acquire new business and customers.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain relationships on behalf of the sales department and the business as a whole by being attentive, service-oriented, friendly, helpful, and courteous to customers, colleagues, external partners, and so forth.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with End customers, OEM, and partner Ecosystems.

Collaboration and MIS/Reports

  • Work with cross-functional team (Technology/ Inside Sales) to ensure that strategies and objectives are aligned across all verticals.
  • Coordinating and working along with Presales, project delivery, and customer support team to ensure projects are delivered as per the commitment.
  • Accurately prepare and provide daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to senior management.
  • Tracking sales activities and creating reports and sharing to senior sales management for use in strategic.
