Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Manage the Client Relationship.
  • Prospecting and building new business in India
  • Meeting HR Heads, CEO, Director HR, and CHRO to understand their needs & discuss the business proposal
  • Daily interaction with the existing partners
  • Time to time feedback from the client about the service we are providing
  • Generating sales lead via all available platforms
  • Relationship Management
  • Preparing monthly reports, sales plan
  • Ensuring payment collection
  • Closely monitoring of competitor activities and assisting in planning counter strategies

 

Required Candidate profile :

  1. Bachelor’s degree is required.
  2. Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
  3. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  4. Experience in project management and/or sales.
  5. Knowledge of productivity tools and software.
  6. High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making
