Job Description

The team consists of over 500 IT professionals and 100+ technology partners. Through its success with more than 1000+ large and complex IT infrastructure projects across pharmaceutical, manufacturing, automotive, hospitality, public sector, and BFSI sectors, the company has honed its processes and methodologies, depth of skills, and execution capabilities.

New Business Development:

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets (revenue and GP) for assigned region QoQ /YoY.
  • Proactively creating and generating new inquiries for achieving sales numbers.
  • Leading the entire sales cycle right from lead generation, lead qualification, Proposal management,
  • Negotiated and booked the sales order.
  • Responsible for New order booking and payment collection of the entire region.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Create a database of target customers through market research
  • Keep track of the funnel, analyze the sales cycle, and lead conversion ratio, and follow and follow through with all prospects.
  • Keeping track of green field company or brownfield company expansion and covert them into
  • Reviews and adjust sales territories, and conducts competitive analyses all in an effort to find the business’s strengths and opportunities for capitalization while giving the business a competitive edge.
