– Serve as the primary point of contact for our US clients, ensuring their needs and inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
– Communicate with clients via various channels (email, phone, video calls) to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions or assistance.
– Utilize excellent written and spoken English skills to maintain clear and effective communication with clients, ensuring their complete understanding of our products and services.
– Demonstrate expertise in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to create and modify documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring proper documentation of client interactions, feedback, and inquiries.
– Effectively multitask and prioritize client requests, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues or concerns.
– Utilize strong convincing and persuasive skills to address client objections or concerns, providing satisfactory solutions and building long-term client relationships.
– Proactively seek client feedback, actively listening to their suggestions or concerns, and providing appropriate follow-up actions.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support.
– Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices to enhance client support and provide valuable insights to clients.
– Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with US clients.
– Proficiency in using MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
– Strong documentation skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
– Exceptional convincing and persuasive abilities to effectively address client concerns and inquiries.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
– Openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
– Previous experience in a client support or customer service role is preferred.
– Familiarity with US business culture and practices is an advantage.
