Responsibilities –
- Proven expertise in appropriate regulatory guidance, with drive to stay informed and up to date.
- Advise financial and non-financial Institutions across risk management areas such as risk strategy, transformation programs, enterprise risk, portfolio management, capability maturity assessments, fraud and financial crime risk compliance.
- Partner with global deal teams in selling, shaping and solution development of client deals by providing subject matter expertise on risk related topics.
- Shape thought capital around current and emerging risk management topics and contribute to development on risk trends and issues.
- Support practice development through various activities such as staffing, quality management, capability development and knowledge management.
- Build strong relationships with global Risk Management teams, and develop existing relationships based on mutual benefit and synergies.
- Carry out assigned tasks to ensure compliance with the firm’s policies and professional standards in the areas of independence, compliance and risk.
- Interact/coordinate frequently with professionals and other member firms to ensure compliance
- Proven ability to create, adapt and implement standardised operating procedures.
- Outstanding analytical, organisational, communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to understand legal terms and conditions in supplier contracts.
- Previous experience of working in a fast paced, changing environment would be an advantage.
- Ideally recently performed some of the key tasks outlined.
- Strong MS Office skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise projects.
