Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create and manage annual marketing plans, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Oversee the development of integrated marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and PPC.
  • Brand Management:
  • Define and enhance the company’s brand identity and ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Develop and manage brand guidelines, ensuring all marketing materials reflect the company’s image and values.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for brand growth and development.
    Content Creation and Management:
  • Oversee content strategy, creation, and distribution across all digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality content that engages and converts target audiences.
  • Manage the company’s website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
  • Social Media and Community Engagement:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply knowledge to increase the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
  • Build and nurture online communities, responding to customer inquiries and feedback promptly.
    Analytics and Reporting:
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Regularly present performance reports to senior management.
    Team Leadership and Development:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital marketing professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Identify training and development needs within the team to ensure continuous skill enhancement.

Qualifications : 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in brand management and strategic planning.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
