Responsibilities :

  • Should be well versed in using Web-based enterprise app applications.
  • Should be able to understand the business process followed by the client and able to map it with the product and prepare the process-mapping document, with GAP analysis between business practices and enterprise solutions.
  • Should be able to guide and assist customer team in preparing various master data in line with Enterprise Software requirement
  • Should be able to provide training to the core user
  • Should be able to address customer issues, raise defects, and tracks to closure, User acceptance testing, and project handover.
  • Should accompany and assist the Sales and Business Development Team during the pre-sales stage, on a need basis.
  • Carry out periodic review meetings with the client’s user team after the implementation phase and even later to monitor the progress of usage and update Project Manager/ Management periodically.
  • Strong ability to document purpose, and procedure clearly and accurately for distribution to- Internal Teams and Communications.
  • Technical Knowledge and Hands-on Experience.
  • Providing Technical Support to customers on Solutions for Web Applications.
  • Collaborate and Communication with customers and Team Members on Multiple Issues.
  • Work all incidents diligently to ensure customer satisfaction targets, Achieving Enhanced customer service by dealing with all incidents professionally and adhering to the support. Ability to manage complex tasks concurrently.
