Technical/Functional Skills
- Min 7-year experience.
- Experience on Any Database like Snowflake, SQL Server, and exposure to Azure cloud
- Experience in using different sources like XLS, XML, Streams
- Strong experience in advanced SQL programming
- Strong experience in Data Quality / Data Profiling, Source Systems Analysis, Business Rules Validation, Source Target Mapping Design, Performance Tuning, and High Volume Data Loads.
- Expertise in theoretical and practical knowledge of data warehousing and data modeling
- Solid and professional communications skills, both verbal and written
- Strong knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strong written and oral communication skills are essential. Strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve problems are desired.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task to meet critical deadlines in a rapidly changing environment
- Be a senior technical player on complex ETL development projects with multiple team members
- Lead the creation of all design review artifacts during the project design phase, facilitate design reviews, capture review feedback, and schedule additional detailed design sessions as necessary.
- Create and enhance administrative, operational, and technical policies and procedures, adopting best practice guidelines, standards, and procedures
- Insurance domain exposure is preferred
