Job Description

The Company specializes in e-commerce, having multiple brands across the globe.


  • Technically strong in UI/Frontend frameworks, hands-on person
  • Established and managed large teams of UI/JavaScript developers
  • Mentoring the team, providing plans for cross-skilling and up-skilling
  • Setting up KRAs and Metrics for the team and monitoring their progress
  • Accountable for the functioning of the entire team of UI Architects, Technical Leads, and Engineers
  • Leading and supporting pre-sales, implementation, management, and maintenance of ECommerce solutions
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders on the project
  • Working with Architects on business requirements and requirements of the stakeholders on the project
  • Setting a futuristic Vision for the Practice by choosing the right technology stacks
  • Participating in Architectural Review, Code-review, and approving project documentation
  • Creating unified development standards for the practice

Skills :

  • Working Experience in core web and browser concepts
  • In-depth experience with CSS, HTML, and JavaScript
  • Modern front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular, Next, etc.
  • RESTFul API Frameworks, Standard Languages, and Toolkits – SpringBoot, Light4j, Spark, Dropwizard, Go
  • Understands UI Performance, Testing, and Security
  • Been part of teams that delivered award-winning user interface
  • Collaboratively defined processes to support UI/UX practice, including tools and operations
  • Have set and enforce standards for the practice of UI/UX design across the practice
  • Participated in crunch-time activities proactively solving Customer issues
  • Domain knowledge in High-Performance ECommerce solutions in D2C or B2C or B2B environments
  • Proven competency and familiarity with Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, GitHub
  • Has worked with DevOps practices and has experience with CI/CD, Containers, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
