Responsibilities
- Developing new product graphical designs or doing changes in existing design or doing changes in the designs received from the customers by using softwares like Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
- Continuous improvisation and corrections in the designs in coordination with marketing personnel & its clients till its finalisation.
- After finalisation of design, Fabrication Mail shall be sent to Cylinder Vendor (As per defined list).
- As per the requirement of the customers, seperation file shall be shared with customer and marketing personnel.
- Designing personnel shall prepare JPEG file Corel Draw of final and approved design with details like folder number, FG code, customer code, design size, cylinder size, cylinder number, colours to be added in blocks in CDR.
- Design personnel shall upload final design JPEG file in SAP
- Take a colour print out of final design and attach PI with it and forward it to Back Office Designing personnel.
- Cylinder vendor shall send cylinder proof to Designing personnel.
- As per the requirement of the customers, cylinder proof of the product shall be forwarded to Marketing personnel who shall further forward to customer which has to be collected back from customer with approval signature.
- Product folder to be sent to factory to Cylinder Supervisor – Factory.
- Corrections has to be done in the design as received through mail from the customer or marketing
personnel and has to be forwarded to customer or marketing personnel for approval. - After approval, above all process has to be followed as per new design process.
- Updated design JPEG file has to be uploaded by Designing personnel in SAP.
- If design is for flexo printing, CDR file shall be sent to Flexo printing vendor, who shall issue Bill to Designing personnel which Designing personnel shall forward to Back Office Designing personnel through mail.
- If there are any corrections in stereo, then new stereo is manufactured and above process is repeated as per new stereo,
