About Company : Company is an early age IT soltution provider focusing in multiple tech stacks like react/node/flutter/wordpress etc.
Job Brief –
- Organize, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation.
- Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacations, and days off.
- Help in payroll management and preparation.
- Answer employee’s questions and provide requested information.
- Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities.
- Answer telephone calls and provide needed information.
- Create reports for senior management.
- Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on boarding, and training programs.
- Recruitment experience mandatory, would be for across levels.
