Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The coordinate end-to-end hiring process for Full-time and  Contract Hiring: from  preparing job descriptions to employee on-boarding
  • Headhunting using  Job  Portals  and   Social  Media  Platforms  (Linkedin,   Naukri,  Monster, indeed, Facebook, GitHub, etc.)
  • Building a good pipeline  of  Employee  Referrals  and   further translating these referrals  into closing open positions for the company
  • Work with Recruiting  Consultants,  vendors, and   agencies  supporting  recruiting  efforts, maintain a professional relationship as a representative of the company
  • Exceptional handling of negotiations and  selling the organization to the candidates
  • Handle queries on compensation, policies, organizational processes, and  procedures
  • Collaborate with interview panels to set up interviews swiftly & effectively
  • Perform post-offer signing formalities and  assure candidates joining
  • Handle onboarding procedures for new  joiners
  • Help Global HR Team  in implementing and  assisting in General HR Operations

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, or related area
  • 5+ years of IT recruitment experience
  • 2+ years of experience working in Human Resources
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent experience in Microsoft Office & Google  Suite products

  • Experience working with a Top Staffing / Recruiting Agen
  • Experience working with a Global HR Team
  • Experience in HRMS Systems
