Job Description – HR Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle i.e., sourcing qualified candidates to deploy selected candidates.
- Sourcing candidates through different platforms.
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms and assess candidates
- Organize internal and client interviews.
- Develop and update job descriptions
Requirement:
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end technical recruitment process across various IT Technologies
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient with MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
