Job Description

About Company – The company is a leading AI interview platform, serving 300+ top companies worldwide with a team of over 100 in the Bangalore operation center, founded in 2018, and in the HQ in the US.

Roles & Responsibilities – 

  1. Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer or similar role.
  2. In-depth knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
  3. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  4. Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
  5. Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap, Material-UI, etc.
  6. Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
  7. Knowledge of database design and management, including both SQL and NoSQL databases.
  8. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  9. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  10. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.


Please Note – We are looking for candidates from Startups working as a Tech lead directly reporting to Director and handling products from scratch.
