About CompanyThe organisation is a leading provider of entertainment technology that aids both performers and business people in finding outstanding talent. firm offers audition and casting management software to the global entertainment industry.Our main head quater is in Los Angeles, and we have operations across the US, Canada, Mexico, the UK, Australia, and India.

Duties and Responsibilities –

  • Monitor competitors of brands globally: from existing competitors to any new entrants in the market
  • Conduct a detailed product assessment of all competitor platforms including but not limited to current/new feature sets and new product launches
  • Conduct an in depth analysis of competitors’ value proposition, marketing & promotional strategies and social media trends on a regular basis
  • Stay up to date with competitor/industry news and communicate relevant information to the stakeholders
  • Gather and analyze market data, industry trends, and customer insights to discover potential avenues for growth
  • Produce meaningful insights based on information from primary and secondary research
  • Translate data into clear and comprehensive market intelligence reports for the Executive team and relevant stakeholders
  • Identify and implement an efficient system to store, organize and retrieve Market Intelligence data
  • Collaborate with IT or relevant teams to ensure data security, integrity, and accessibility
  • Add new leads from competitor websites and online databases to our CRM software

Qualification & Attributes – 

  • Strong comfort level with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
  • Experience with SmartSheet, Zendesk or entering data into a CRM a plus
  • Meticulous analytical and data compilation skills, ability to synthesize complex information and generate meaningful insights
  • Good report-drafting skills, with consistent attention to detail
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, capable to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with global remote teams via Slack, Google Meet and Zoom
  • Naturally inquisitive, creative, and energetic team player with a passion for market research
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of tools used in competitive and market analysis (Nice to have)
  • 2-3 years’ experience working in Market research (ideally with an entertainment focus)
  • Masters Degree in business, marketing  or a related field (Good to have)
