Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Odoo module development and customization.
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and database design.
- Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor a team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the design, development, and testing of Odoo modules.
- Take the ownership of 2-3 projects and be accountable for their delivery.
- Customize Odoo modules to meet specific business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and debug Odoo applications to ensure their optimal functioning.
- Integrate various APIs with Odoo modules to enhance functionality.
- Design robust databases for Odoo applications, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
- Implement best practices in OOP and other programming aspects within the Odoo framework.
- Mentor and guide team members in Odoo module development and customization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Odoo applications with business goals.
