Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end online bidding processes.
- Build and manage relationships with clients on various platforms like Upwork, GURU, Fiverr, PPH, and Linkedin.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, ensuring a high conversion rate.
- Strategize and implement effective business development plans.
- Negotiate and close deals, meeting and exceeding set targets.
- Collaborate with the team to create innovative solutions for clients.
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record of 2+ years in online bidding/BDE roles.
- Expertise in bidding platforms like Upwork, GURU, Fiverr, PPH, and Linkedin.
- Strong negotiation and client management skills.
- Understanding of market trends and client needs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
