Oracle OTM Techno-Functional
- 7+ years of Oracle Transport Management Warehouse Management System (OTM) experience, including implementation of multiple OTM Cloud go live within the last 3 years
- Broad knowledge and experience with various supply-chain systems; working knowledge of cloud implementation of OTM at warehouses
- Strong strategic skills with ability and vision to map out “to be” business processes
- Configuration skills within the OTM Cloud
- Programming knowledge or ability to design
- Demonstrated ability to influence and foster collaborative relationships
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects
- Lead, manage, and participate in cross-functional business projects
- Expertise in testing and validating end to end flows for user acceptance testing
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Understand client OTM processes
- Familiarity with supply chain, procurement and logistics business processes and concepts
- Strong customer service orientation with strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort with presenting to diverse technical and non-technical audiences at all levels of the organization
- Broad knowledge and experience with various supply-chain systems. Working knowledge of Oracle Transportation Modules (Transportation Management, Transportation Operational Planning, Freight Payment, Billing & Claims, Global Trade Management)
Must be a “Subject Matter Expert” (SME) OTMO Cloud implementation - Estimate high level project schedules and timelines
