Job Description

The Company provides internet-based internet-based automated products and services to the property and casualty insurance industry. Its corporate offices are in Shelton, Connecticut. Developed proprietary software, it provides well-designed, flexible solutions enabling Managing General Agents (MGAs) and Excess and Surplus lines Brokers (E&S) to extend rating, quoting, and binding capabilities to retail producers.

Responsibilities:

  • Exposure to complex SQL joins, correlated sub-queries, aggregate functions analytic
    functions, materialized views, indexing, partitioning, and performance-tuning using
    explain the plan, etc.
  • Understanding of architecture and design across systems.
  • Strong experience with oracle functions, procedures, triggers, packages & performance
    tuning.
  • Hands-on development using Oracle PL/SQL.
