Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in designing and developing Power BI reports dashboards, and data models.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data integration techniques.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Power BI dashboards and reports that provide insightful analytics for business stakeholders.
- Developing visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards using Power BI desktop
- Connecting data sources, importing data, and transforming data for Business intelligence (Data sources like Excel, Database, Web/API, Third Party connectors)
- Optimize data models and ETL processes to ensure efficient data refresh and query performance.
- Develop complex DAX queries and calculations to support business requirements.
- Analytical thinking for translating data into informative reports and visuals
- Responsible for design methodology and project documentaries
- Very good communication skills must be able to discuss the requirements effectively with the client teams, and with internal teams
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members on Power BI best practices and development methodologies.
- Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and capabilities to recommend and implement innovative solution
