Responsibilities –
a. Develop and communicate the product vision to stakeholders, team
members, and other relevant parties.
b. Ensure alignment of the product vision with the company’s overall goals and
objectives.
c. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing their concerns
and keeping them informed about the product’s progress.
d. Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business value,
customer feedback, and market trends.
e. Maintain and groom the product backlog, ensuring it is up-to-date, welldefined, and aligned with the product vision.
f. Collaborate with the development team and other stakeholders to plan and
schedule product releases.
g. Coordinate release activities, including feature prioritization, sprint planning,
and acceptance testing.
h. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product and track them
regularly to assess product performance and user satisfaction.
i. Gather feedback from users, monitor customer support inquiries, and analyze
usage metrics to identify areas for improvement.
j. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers,
testers, and marketers, to ensure smooth and timely delivery of product
features.
