Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Work in the agile environment with modern methodologies like Scrum, agile, etc.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of test procedures by working on Test Plans, Test Scenarios and Test Cases development with hands-on experience with tools like TestRail, Test Complete, etc.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with customer facing roles.
- Selection or identification of test cases for automation from existing functional/test documentation.
- Perform testing activities like Smoke Testing, Regression Testing, Stress Testing, etc
- Organizing, monitoring defect management process, handling changes and conducting regression tests
- Review and analyse system specifications.
- Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans.
- Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyse results.
- Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
- Report bugs and errors to development teams.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
