Roles & Responsibilities –
- Proven experience (8+ years) in software quality assurance, with a track record of successfully leading QA teams and projects.
- Expertise in test automation frameworks, tools, and scripting languages (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Python, etc.).
- Strong proficiency in performing business analysis tasks, including requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Excellent command of the English language, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for innovative thinking and continuous process improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Certification in software quality assurance, business analysis, or related fields is a plus.
