Specialized technical services and solutions are provided by the company in the areas of product development, especially in the accounting domain.
Responsibilities:
• Project Management PMO Maintain project plans, identify dependencies, and ensure timely
delivery of end-to-end activities across cross-functional groups, strictly adhering to client
timelines and tracking projects to stay within the approved cost frame.
• Ensure portfolio projects align with organizational goals, analyzing strategic impact and
recommending adjustments for optimal alignment.
• Define KPIs, establish reporting mechanisms for portfolio health, and communicate insights
to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
• Conduct impact analysis for change requests and implement approved changes effectively.
• Accurately dashboard project progress against agreed deliverables, tracking and controlling
associated actions, issues, risks, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Continuously recommend future business offerings, objectives, and projects aligned with
market opportunities, while consistently analyzing emerging market trends, economic factors,
latest technologies/solutions, and competitors.
• Map and analyze As-Is processes, model New Processes, and develop To-Be processes.
Implement re-engineered processes and streamline existing ones to drive process
improvement.
• Prepare process flows/swim lanes to depict roles and activities throughout the complete
lifecycle Transitions Identify transition opportunities and assess them while ensuring
adherence to quality parameters.
• Utilize project management methodologies for effective transition management. Provide
timely and accurate reporting and feedback during all stages of transition, identify key issues
affecting deliverable success, escalating issues as necessary, implement action plans for
resolution and collaborating with partners to enhance operational performance and identify
smoother transition opportunities.
• Influence operations and Service Delivery teams by adopting best practices, engaging them
early in development, planning, and quality assurance to support a smooth transition.
• Have the ability to independently manage end-to-end due diligence processes, alongside
proficiency in creating creative PowerPoint presentations, gathering requirements, mapping
processes, and consulting on processes for clients’ due diligence.
• Participate in scope discussions, solution approach, and due diligence workshops with
internal and client stakeholders.
• Formulate a DD report providing the output of the DD study: scope of work, FTE number,
volume metrics, SLAs and RACI, and obtain formal sign-off of the DD report via the
management team.
• Solutioning Demonstrate expertise in process analysis and redesign to enable radical
improvement.
• Translate client requirements into solution offerings, including approach, plan, proposal, and
cost estimate, leveraging operations, analytics, and transformation offerings.
• Develop and manage solution-led approaches to facilitate account profitability and define
solutions for prospective clients, influencing decisions for mutual wins.
• Lead end-to-end integration projects with partners to launch new solutions and programs.
• Define pricing strategy, commercial policies, manage contracts, and revenue architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify/qualify opportunities, develop solutions,
craft end-to-end user flows, process maps/plans and measurement metrics as required.
• Develop and deliver presentations internally, externally, and at industry forums to showcase
department capabilities. Have a good understanding of productivity improvement and
operational excellence.
