Duties and Responsibilities:
- List in order of importance, in bullet points with a maximum of 2 sentences per line
- Each line should begin with an action verb and must be in present tense (ex. Coordinates, evaluates, responsible for, etc.)
- The Sr Test Engineer has proven experience and effectiveness in Testing within Agile scrum teams or generally in Agile delivery
- The Sr Test Engineer must have a good working understanding of different test design techniques and apply them to the creation of new test cases or the update of existing ones
- The Sr Test Engineer will work with client testers, business analysts, devs and other delivery team / scrum team members to drive the creation and modification of test cases, and properly selecting and prioritizing the test to fit the testing window while reducing the biggest risks.
- The Sr Test Engineer will have proven expertise in the following areas:
- Software Testing Experience- 5-7 years
- Test Design, Planning and Prioritization
- Defect Management
- Quality Metrics Collection and Analysis
- Agile Delivery
