Job Description

The Company is a Singapore-based FinTech company that provides a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that helps brokerage firms and fund managers digitally transform and grow their market share. Broker365 is our industry-leading platform that has helped several leading financial institutions in the Forex industry to go fully digital to optimize their operations, cut costs, and become more profitable.

Responsibilities:

  • Write fast and performant database queries using a flavor of SQL Server, such as MySQL, MSSQL, or PostgreSQL
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving using JavaScript and other programming languages
  • Maintain and back up databases regularly
  • Perform SQL database sharing and indexing procedures as required to handle heavy traffic loads
  • Development, optimization, and implement stored procedures
  • Use database analytical tools to analyze performance and generate reports

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets:

  • Advanced knowledge of database procedures and Microsoft SQL Server concepts
  • Knowledge of one or more SQL variants, such as MySQL, MSSQL, and PostgreSQL
  • The ability to create fast and efficient database queries, including joining and cross-referencing cells from several tables
  • Familiarity with standard database management tools and software, such as Microsoft Access
  • Excellent communication skills.
