Required Skill Set & Job Brief :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• At least 12 years of relevant work experience in IT management
• Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Security
• Experience in disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and/or IT risk
management
• Experience with enterprise-level IT infrastructure, systems, and networks
• Expert level knowledge of IT risk and regulatory requirements, as well as industry
best practices
• Experience in managing and coordinating disaster recovery exercises and testing
• Experience in developing and implementing disaster recovery plans and
procedures
• General knowledge of information security regulatory requirements and
standards such as ISO 27001
• Should have experience into Information Security Audit.
• Should have expertise into Risk Management.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS)
or Microsoft Azure
• Knowledge of cyber security and data privacy regulations and best practices
• Experience managing and coaching a team of IT professionals
• Developing and implementing a comprehensive plan to secure our computing
network.
• Monitoring network usage to ensure compliance with security policies.
• Keeping up to date with developments in IT security standards and threats.
• Performing penetration tests to find any flaws.
• Collaborating with management and the IT department to improve security.
• Documenting any security breaches and assessing their damage.
• Educating colleagues about security software and best practices for information
security.
• Industry certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, CISM, or AWS are a plus
• Experience in working with large UKI clients (Preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and project management skills
• Ability to communicate both technical and non-technical information to various
stakeholders
• Identifying vulnerabilities in our current network
