About Company – Founded in 2011, Based in the US Healthcare sector, the company specializes in software engineering that provides cloud-based, big data & analytics platforms that give health organizations clear visibility and actionable insights. With its headquarters in Florida (U.S.A.), it has an in-house product development team of energetic engineers, experienced leaders, and subject matter experts at its ODCs in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, and Chennai in India.
Please Note – We are looking for someone who can purely provide L1 support and should have experience with testing.
Shift Timing – US Shift
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Software testing experience in creating Test Plan, Test Cases.
- Create detailed and actionable defect reports.
- Prioritize test based on high, medium, and low criticality.
- Active participation in test execution activities.
- Co-ordinate with the Testing and development team to ensure full test coverage.
- Perform Functional, User Interface testing, mobile testing, system integration, regression, user acceptance and production deployment testing.
- Submit descriptive and concise bug reports in defect tracking system.
Requirements:
- Excellent in Communication to work with Onshore Team & Client level communication.
- Strong Analytics Skills.
- Knowledge about manual testing methodologies.
- Good Trouble Shooting Skills.
- Complete understanding of SDLC concepts and testing processes.
- Experience in Excel & basic SQL.
- Ability to work independently and work under pressure.
Good to have:
- Knowledge about Automation Test Execution & Maintenance
