Responsibilities :
- End-to-end recruitment for various companies.
- Responsible for sourcing candidates from different Social Media platforms / Job portals/Databases etc.
- Connecting with Clients’ technical teams to understand the requirement
- Briefing the candidates about the job profile and company profile
- Lining up the shortlisted candidates for the interview.
- Negotiating with candidates on the salary part.
- Regular follow-up with the candidates.
- Keeping updates on the candidates.
- Creating flyers and floating them on social media.
- Creating multiple job groups and pages and managing them
- Maintaining the database.
- Preparing daily reports(MIS).
