Responsibilities:
- Create and update release notes, user guides, FAQs, and other instructional documents related to the payroll product.
- Maintain a centralized repository or knowledge base for all product-related documents and resources, ensuring easy access and version control.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, quality assurance engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and insights for content creation.
- Assist in the development of training materials and resources for internal teams and external partners, including sales and customer support representatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in content/document writing, preferably in a software or technology-related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to understand complex technical concepts.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and knowledge of version control systems is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
