Job Role: UK Payroll Migration & Support

Shift Timings: 1 To 10 PM/2 To 11 PM(UK TIME ZONE)

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate and compliant processing of UK payroll.

Data Entry: Input and maintain employee information with precision.

Query Resolution: Provide timely and professional responses to client queries.

Compliance: Stay updated on UK payroll laws for adherence.

Documentation: Maintain proper records related to payroll transactions.

Communication: Effectively communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders.


Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance.

Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Basic understanding of UK payroll regulations is a plus.

Proficient English communication skills are a must.

The role requires working in the UK shift.

Fresher’s Policy:

The package will be 3.84LPA (Including variable Bonus, Fixed Bonus & Stipend).

Stipend During the Internship:

Initial 1st month,a shift allowance of 150 Rs will be provided for each working day.

Starting from the 2nd month, a stipend of 7,000/- Rs will be provided till 3 months of training completion.

After completion of training, the first salary will be 22,000/- CTC per month.

Annual fixed bonus will be 40,000/- INR and the Performance bonus will be up to 66,000/- INR.

Additionally, a shift allowance of 150 Rs will be provided for each working day.

Bond and Other Terms & Conditions:

18 Months Bond after 3 Months of Training (Total 21 Months).

Training is mandatory for 3 Months. If leaves are taken between the training period, the company will extend the training period.

A post-dated cheque of 1 lakh rupees will be required for signing the bond, which will be returned after the completion of the bond.
