Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, designers, and QA engineers.
- Design scalable B2B/B2C Adobe Commerce (Magento 2) solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Provide hands-on development for custom modules, performance optimizations, and third-party integrations.
- Ensure security, performance optimization, and compliance with industry standards (GDPR, PCI-DSS).
- Oversee Agile development cycles and deliver high-quality features in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage client expectations.
- Conduct code reviews and troubleshooting to maintain high-quality code and best practices.
- Provide technical documentation, training, and guidance to improve team knowledge and performance.
- Must-have skills: 6+ years of experience in Magento/Adobe Commerce development (including leadership), proficiency in Magento 2, PHP, MySQL, and DevOps practices.
