Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Lead and mentor a team of developers, designers, and QA engineers.
2. Design scalable B2B/B2C Adobe Commerce (Magento 2) solutions aligned with business requirements.
3. Provide hands-on development for custom modules, performance optimizations, and third-party integrations.
4. Ensure security, performance optimization, and compliance with industry standards (GDPR, PCI-DSS).
5. Oversee Agile development cycles and deliver high-quality features in a timely manner.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage client expectations.
7. Conduct code reviews and troubleshooting to maintain high-quality code and best practices.
8. Provide technical documentation, training, and guidance to improve team knowledge and performance.
9. Must-have skills: 6+ years of experience in Magento/Adobe Commerce development (including leadership), proficiency in Magento 2, PHP, MySQL, and DevOps practices.
