Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and manage robust databases to efficiently store and process large volumes of financial and transaction data.
- Implement and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of subject matter experts to define data requirements and integrate analytics into user-facing products.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance data reliability, efficiency, and quality.
- Present analytical findings and insights to stakeholders through clear visualizations, summary statistics, and comprehensive reports.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or master’s in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a STEM-related field.
- Undergraduate seniors and those close to completing a Master’s degree are also welcome to apply.
- Proven experience of record for two or more years!
- Proven experience in database design and data management!
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or other data science languages.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. - Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Be an independent worker who can still work within a reporting hierarchy.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in crafting workflows for the financial industry.
- Prior experience deploying AI models in a production environment.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
