Role Overview
We’re looking for an AI Process and Tools Implementor to drive the integration of AI-powered solutions across design, development, and business operations. This role is ideal for someone who loves experimenting with new technologies and turning AI capabilities into real-world impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, evaluate, and implement AI tools to enhance design, development, and project workflows.
- Create and document AI-driven processes for automation, productivity, and creativity.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and introduce AI-powered optimizations.
- Train teams on AI adoption and best practices.
- Collaborate across departments to integrate AI tools seamlessly with existing platforms (e.g., Figma, Adobe, Jira, GitHub, Notion, Slack).
- Establish ethical and secure AI usage standards.
- Monitor AI tool performance and ensure quality outputs.
Required Skills
- Experience implementing AI tools in design, software, or digital environments.
- Familiarity with Generative AI (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, GitHub Copilot, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design workflows (Figma, Adobe CC) and development tools (Git, Jira, CI/CD).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into actionable solutions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience leading digital transformation or change management initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with AI automation platforms (Zapier, n8n, Make, LangChain, etc.).
- Knowledge of AI governance, compliance, and data privacy.
- Strong analytical mindset with measurable delivery results.
