About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in LLMs, Agentic AI, NLP, and Computer Vision. You’ll design and deploy scalable AI solutions using transformer-based models, vector databases, and modern ML frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build and optimize document classification & extraction pipelines
2. Develop Agentic AI solutions for FinTech applications
3. Train/fine-tune LLM/NLP models for classification tasks
4. Implement RAG chat systems using LLM + vector DBs
5. Apply Computer Vision/OCR for document automation
6. Deploy and maintain scalable ML services in production

Requirements

1. 3+ years of hands-on experience in ML/NLP/LLMs
2. Strong programming skills in Python, with PyTorch and Hugging Face
3. Experience with vector databases (Qdrant, Pinecone, Chroma, etc.)
4. Exposure to Computer Vision or OCR
5. Proactive, research-oriented mindset with strong coding discipline
