AI/ML Engineer

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and scale enterprise AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands on experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, Azure AI, and Python, with strong exposure to taking AI solutions from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities

• • Design and develop enterprise Generative AI and AI-powered solutions.
  • Build and deploy RAG-based applications, knowledge platforms, and AI agents.
  • Develop Agentic AI and Multi-Agent solutions for business process automation.
  • Work with Azure AI Services, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Develop AI solutions using Python, REST APIs, Vector Databases, Semantic Search, and LLM Frameworks.
  • Implement prompt engineering, agent orchestration, workflow automation, and LLMOps practices.
  • Integrate AI solutions with enterprise data platforms, data warehouses, ERP systems, and APIs.
  • Work with LLMs including Anthropic Claude and other enterprise-grade models.
  • Implement AI governance, security, monitoring, evaluation, responsible AI, and human-in-the-loop controls.
  • Collaborate with business, technology, data, and process teams to identify and implement high-value AI use cases.

Experience & Qualifications

• • 3+ years of relevant experience in AI Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in designing and deploying Generative AI solutions in production.
  • Strong understanding of AI Agent frameworks, RAG architecture, LLMs, and enterprise AI solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong learning mindset with the ability to adapt to emerging AI technologies.
