Job Description
- Contributing in creation/modification/revision of the technical manuals/documentation across various domains.
- Understanding and conducting impact analysis based on the engineering change request.
- Researching extensively and ensuring adherence to the applicable regulatory requirements.
- Performing tasks in customer specific project tools and updating status in Capgemini workflow management tools
- Following processes and standards defined for the customer.
- Performing Internal & external rejection analysis, discussing in Knowledge sharing sessions and ensuring prevention of rejections and thus maintaining quality KPI
- Communicating with SMEs as and when required and ensuring that the quality KPI’s are met
- Participating in peer-reviews and following the review cycles to ensure the Right First time
- Visualizing/creating images, mark-ups, additional information / instruction to Illustrators whenever required.

Assessment 1 English MCQ + Cognitive (Candidate assessment clearance depends on the scores of each module.)
Assessment 2 Technical Interview.
