Role Overview

We are seeking an Associate Project Lead with 10–12 years of experience in Java-based enterprise application development. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise along with leadership capabilities to manage project implementation and client deliveries.

The role involves working directly with customers, defining implementation activities, ensuring timely execution, and delivering high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, implement, and maintain enterprise applications
• Design and maintain complex database schemas using Oracle and PL/SQL
• Lead project implementation and manage end-to-end deliveries
• Work directly with clients to define project scope and execution plans
• Develop and revise project plans based on evolving requirements
• Monitor and resolve customer issues promptly
• Enhance performance and maintain existing codebases
• Mentor team members and provide constructive feedback
• Ensure adherence to Agile methodology
• Deliver successful outcomes aligned with client expectations
