Key Responsibilities:
1. Service & Maintenance
- Provide onsite preventive and corrective maintenance for biomedical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electronic and electromechanical medical devices to ensure optimal functionality.
- Deliver periodic maintenance services and timely resolution for equipment malfunctions.
2. Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and submit service reports, preventive maintenance (PM) records, and related documentation promptly.
- Maintain detailed logs of service activities and parts usage.
3. Customer Training & Support
- Conduct equipment operation and maintenance training for customers.
- Support end users in the proper handling and upkeep of biomedical equipment.
4. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through consistent service follow-ups and support.
- Ensure closure of all assigned service calls within defined timelines.
5. Coordination & Follow-Up
- Liaise with service coordinators for spare parts procurement and logistics.
- Coordinate with service contractors for maintenance schedules and document collection.
