Key Responsibilities:

1. Service & Maintenance

1. Provide onsite preventive and corrective maintenance for biomedical equipment.
2. Troubleshoot and repair electronic and electromechanical medical devices to ensure optimal functionality.
3. Deliver periodic maintenance services and timely resolution for equipment malfunctions.

2. Documentation & Reporting

1. Prepare and submit service reports, preventive maintenance (PM) records, and related documentation promptly.
2. Maintain detailed logs of service activities and parts usage.

3. Customer Training & Support

1. Conduct equipment operation and maintenance training for customers.
2. Support end users in the proper handling and upkeep of biomedical equipment.

4. Relationship Management

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through consistent service follow-ups and support.
2. Ensure closure of all assigned service calls within defined timelines.

5. Coordination & Follow-Up

1. Liaise with service coordinators for spare parts procurement and logistics.
2. Coordinate with service contractors for maintenance schedules and document collection.
