Business Analyst

Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced ERP Business Analyst to work closely with our clients and internal teams to understand business processes, gather detailed requirements, and translate them into ERP solutions. The role involves working across the entire ERP project lifecycle—requirement gathering, solution design, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering

1. Conduct detailed discussions with stakeholders to understand business processes and pain points.
2. Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
3. Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, Process Flows, and Use Cases.
4. Map business requirements to ERP system features and capabilities.

ERP Functional Expertise

1. Work across ERP modules such as Finance, Inventory, Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, CRM,and HR.
2. Identify gaps between standard ERP offerings and customer-specific needs and suggest optimalsolutions.
3. Coordinate with functional and technical teams for solution configuration/customization.

Client Engagement & Communication

1. Serve as the bridge between business users, ERP consultants, and technical teams.
2. Facilitate workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and review sessions with clients.
3. Support presales efforts with requirement gathering and solution discussions when need.

Testing & Implementation Support

1. Prepare test cases and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
2. Support the ERP implementation phase and troubleshoot issues during go-live.
3. Conduct end-user training and support change management activities.

Continuous Improvement & Post-Implementation Support

1. Provide support during post-go-live stabilization.
2. Recommend system enhancements and continuous process improvements.
