Roles and Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements by working closely with stakeholders and translating them into functional specifications.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend efficient IT solutions to improve system performance and business operations.
• Coordinate with developers and technical teams to ensure successful design, development, and implementation of technology solutions.
• Assist in managing and supporting IT projects including system upgrades, integrations, and software implementations.
• Collect feedback from end users and continuously improve systems based on business needs and performance insights.
• Must have skills: Strong business analysis, requirement documentation, stakeholder communication, and basic understanding of databases and IT systems.
