Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows
2. Prepare detailed functional and non-functional requirement documents
3. Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and root cause investigations
4. Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Dev, QA, Data) to align business goals with tech solutions
5. Assist in UAT planning, design, and validation
6. Convert complex data into actionable reports and dashboards for leadership
7. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement sessions
8. Apply Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies to deliver quality solutions
9. Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA is a plus
10. Must-Have Skills: Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, MS Excel, JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, Stakeholder Management, Agile/Scrum
