Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows
- Prepare detailed functional and non-functional requirement documents
- Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and root cause investigations
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Dev, QA, Data) to align business goals with tech solutions
- Assist in UAT planning, design, and validation
- Convert complex data into actionable reports and dashboards for leadership
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement sessions
- Apply Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies to deliver quality solutions
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA is a plus
- Must-Have Skills: Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, MS Excel, JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, Stakeholder Management, Agile/Scrum
