Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Lead business analysis and requirement gathering for ERP implementations
2. Create BRDs, functional specs, and process flows for ERP modules
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps and suggest tailored ERP solutions
4. Support UAT, go-live, and post-implementation activities
5. Facilitate workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and client communications
6. Recommend system/process improvements and assist in change management
7. Exposure to ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Odoo, MS Dynamics, etc.
8. Must-have skills: Business analysis, ERP functional knowledge, documentation, stakeholder management, communication, Agile/Scrum (preferred), SQL/reporting tools (advantage)
